Although we aim to stick to under 7 days turnaround for production we ask that you bare with us during wedding peak at times production can take in excess of 28 days if there is an influx of orders and at other time we can be amazing and have next day despatch so please be patient and pleasantly excited when they arrive!
We aim to produce a quality product at an affordable price, if you require fast turnaround of production please contact 0497 001 692 (during business hours - 10am /4Pm) with the order number. Express freight is available as an option.
If production exceeds 28 days your order will automatically be upgraded to express freight.
When your order is despatched you will receive a tracking number in most instances (unless it is a size that tracking isn't available on in packaging)
