Terms of service

Please allow 14 to 28 days  for production of goods (excluding Christmas items July to December which can take much longer)
This time frame may extend out to  more than 28 days during wedding and Christmas peak season  or Due to unforeseen circumstances (for example floods or covid 19 outbreaks or excessive orders) and you should allow time for this, during off season it can be as quickly as next day.

Christmas and Wedding items ordered after our Christmas delivery cut off will not be processed until we return from Christmas break in mid January. Christmas items will be produced in between Mid January and June when our new Christmas season begins and will be shipped 7-10 days after being produced.
