Totally Cut Out aim to keep production time under 14 days for wedding items but can exceed 28 days during peak times and sales periods. Christmas products that are ordered before the Christmas delivery cut off will roll out automatically before this time and do not need follow up. These products are ordered in a small time frame and in a large qty so need time to be processed. These will automatically come to you without need follow up.

Production time for Christmas items can exceed 28 Days when ordered after August. These will be shipped before Dec 1 as long as they are ordered before the cut off stated in the product description.
