Although we aim to stick to under 7 days turnaround for production we ask that you bare with us during wedding peak (these times are around Dec-April with peak engagements being at Christmas, New Year, Australia Day holiday and Valentines day and order quantities are out of our control) at times production can take in excess of 28 days if there is an influx of orders.

If production exceeds 28 days your order will automatically be upgraded to express freight.
When your order is despatched you will receive a tracking number in most instances (unless it is a size that tracking isn't available on in packaging)
