Our Christmas range is highly popular and to enable us to stick to fast turnaround we limit release to ensure customer service levels and turnaround can be maintained. Each evening at 8pm a small amount of Christmas decorations will be released. If you find them sold out please check back the following day and avoid calling for requests as we will not be able to release any faster than planned we ask that you return to the on line store to check on availability through the year rather than request them as our release numbers will be firm and we will not be able to increase them

ORDERING AFTER October 1 falls outside of Christmas 2026 delivery times
Ordering out of season (January- July ) will see much faster delivery and avoid the major busy period where time frames will fluctuate and be unpredictable. We do not take follow ups or give etas on hand crafted items from July to December as these are seasonal products and the peak makes this impossible to estimate so we ask for patience and kindness while they all move through with an estimate of shipping prior to December 1 🎄(if ordered before Christmas delivery cut off)
